Hello Everyone,
Some of you might have seen on my latest snapchat (queenisabelle8) that I have been wearing one of those waist trainers. After seeing so many ladies posting pictures of them wearing them and raving about their results I wanted to find out for myself what this fuss was all about.
I got mine on Amazon and the brand is called Ann Chery I got the blue sport latex trainer because I figured it might be simply more comfortable to start with. I don’t have the nicest waist and wouldn’t mind benefiting from it.
So once I received my lovely waist clincher I tried it on I realized why everyone gets skinnier: YOU CANNOT BREATHE!! So in my logic this translates into “How can you eat food if you can’t breathe?” 🙂
If you manage to wear this thing all the time I’m sure you will loose some weight because I can simply not eat nor drink much while wearing it… It is just not comfortable.
My waist-trainer is very tight which I guess I good since some people say “If you can’t feel it (aka suffer a little bit) it won’t work”. I have worn it maybe 4 – 5 times and I am willing to wear it more often. The only thing is I simply forget to put it on once I am at home relaxing. The entire getting it on process can also be a little annoying but you simply have to get used to it. I don’t know how some ladies manage to work out with these things but that is something I will never do… I think I would faint!! HELP lol.
As for now I am at the outest of the two hook linings and I cannot wait until I get to the next one. One thing that I have noticed though is that because I am really tall (6 ft. aka 183cm), the waist-trainer is a little short on me. You will be able to tell from my picture. I made sure my sweat pants went up quite a lot to cover the excess of squeezed down fat/skin.
My suggestion for you, make sure you wear it at home when you are watching a movie or something. It is possible that if you are skinnier that it wouldn’t be the same hassle for you, but for someone that wants to become slimmer, I can tell that it will not be comfortable.
Now that I have posted about this on my blog, I definitely don’t have anymore excuses to not wear it. Thus, I will keep you guys updated of how it goes and post some more later on.
Thanks for stopping by!
