Hi Everyone,
Last year I went to Coachella with one of my bestfriends and I have to say we loved it. Here are a few tips regarding Coachella that many newbies don’t know and that we had to learn the hard way 🙂 At the bottom of the page you will see three pictures with our Coachella outfits! For some reason we didn’t take crazy amounts of pics but just had fun and danced instead! I loved Coachella! Much nicer than Ultra in Miami (sorry Ultra fans).
- Don’t stay too far from the festival! We stayed at the Ritz in Palm Springs, thinking that it wouldn’t be that far of a ride… turns out it was around 40 minutes, and you don’t want to get stuck in traffic.
- We had VIP passes, turns out they are no good for the section you actually look forward to get into! Meaning that the VIP section where all the celebs go is another one where normal human beings like us had no chance to get into!
- When you get there, be ready to walk for over a mile until you reach the festival grounds! Yes I am not kidding! Make sure you were comfy shoes, because I ended up with blisters on my first day there (sad I know). Take enough band-aid with you just in case! The path to the festival consists of basically gravel and sand, so if that gets into your shoes… AUTSCH!
- The first day it is okay to come earlier in the day, like 3-4pm. Every other day make sure you go in the evening! That’s when the FUN happens! Also all the celebs usually go later too!
- Make sure to bring a warm jacket! As hot as it may be during the day, in the night it gets super cold!
- And eat tons of Tacos! Tacos there are super delicious 🙂 There are a lot of Vegan food trucks, so if you love that great! If not, go for the good old Tacos with beans.
