Hello dears,
Here is an easy recipe for something quick and easy to make at home. I got the inspiration from the Dukan diet book and I have changed it a little bit.
- One Egg, beaten
- Two tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
- Some parsley
- Add pepper paste (2 teaspoons)
- Optional to add some oat flakes (2 tablespoons)
Mix everything together
Meanwhile sautée some onions and spring onions
- Add them to the yogurt egg mixture and mix well
Add to the pan in the shapes of little cakes, add some saltand let them cook on medium/low heat until golden then turn and wait until cooked through.
Optional to add some cold cuts on the side. I personally like to have some turkey breast with it.
